Dear Scrumvee users,
We hope everyone is safe and healthy! This year turned out to be quite a challenge for everybody, but we will collectively come out ahead.
5 years ago, we created the first building blocks for a product with no design, no roadmap, and no deadlines. It was built from pure passion and joy, with the sole mission to create a free tool offered to the Agile community.
Back then, we only imagined that sometime, in the distant future, we will give it a commercial twist, just enough to pay for the servers :)
Introducing Scrumvee subscriptions
Starting October 15th, 2020, we rolled out a couple of commercial subscriptions to complement our current free tier. This will help us deliver more features (and believe us, there's plenty in our backlog) and keep up with the increasing number of users joining Scrumvee each month.
Before we jump into the new stuff,
here's the deal:
all users created before October 15th, 2020, are granted three months of free unlimited service*
* the unlimited plan runs Oct 15, 2020, 00:00 UTC through Jan 15, 2021, 00:00 UTC
The subscription model
Subscriptions are built around the team owner. A team owner is a user who created the team and has full control over who joins it or its configuration. If the Free plan is not meeting the team's owner requirements, only she needs to subscribe to a paid plan. Team members (regular users, admins, or observers) are not required to purchase a subscription.

If you cannot find a suitable subscription, we are happy to custom-build one for you. Please contact us with your requirements, and we will come back with a quote.

On October 15th, 2020, we updated the terms of use, and the privacy policy. Please read through the updated terms before proceeding.
Summary
Starting October 15th, 2020, all existing accounts are assigned to a unique, unlimited plan with all the features included, no restrictions. This offering will be available through January 15th, 2021, and we will notify you before it expires. After January 15th, 2021, you will have the option to keep using the free plan or subscribe to a premium one.
