Dear Scrumvee users,
We had a pretty good ride with Scrumvee, but it's about time to move on to a different adventure.
Starting May 1st, 2024, Scrumvee will be unavailable. This notice provides enough time for all our users to migrate to another solution. While some actions are effective immediately, we will do our best to limit the negative impact of our sunsetting schedule.
How does this impact you
If you are a free-tier user
You can continue to use Scrumvee until its very last day. Nothing changes in your workflow, and you will have the same features available. However, you won't be able to subscribe to a paid plan.
If you are a customer using one of our standard paid plans
You are subscribed to a yearly plan
You can use Scrumvee until it shuts down but cannot renew your subscription effective immediately. If your subscription runs over Apr 30th, 2024, we will issue a refund for the prorated remaining amount, starting May 1st, 2024.
If you want to switch to a monthly plan for the remaining time until shutdown, please contact us.
You are subscribed to a monthly plan
You can use Scrumvee until it shuts down, and your subscription will be automatically renewed each month until Mar 31st, 2024, the last day a monthly subscription can be renewed.
You are subscribed to a custom plan
Your plan won't be renewed for a new billing cycle, and if your subscription runs over Apr 30th, 2024, we will issue a refund for the prorated remaining amount, starting May 1st, 2024.
